Likharal is a student-led educational outreach program that aims to assist Grade 5 students from selected public schools in Davao City by providing access to Pisay's resources and an opportunity to learn advanced Science, Mathematics, English, and Research lessons.

Likharal aims to teach public school students in Davao City the basics of research by guiding them to identify research gaps, create research proposals, analyze raw data, and effectively communicate their work through the subjects of Research, Science, Math, and English using PSHS-SMC’s resources and facilities through tutoring sessions.
Likharal strives to create future Filipino scholars and researchers who serve civil society by honing their academic prowess in the fields of Mathematics, Science, English, and Research through a holistic curriculum and conducive learning environment that fosters the core values of PSHS: integrity, excellence, and service to nation.
